Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are the sole contract between Anchors Away Cruise Center/Anchors Away Travel located at 3702 Independence Place - Rocklin, CA and the vacation travel participant(s). Payments for air passage and / or cruise vacation packages are accepted by Anchors Away only with the understanding that the participant(s) has been made aware of, and agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement prior to sending Anchors Away such payments.

FINAL PAYMENT: We must receive your final payment by the date on your invoice. Payments received more than 10 days late will be subject to cancellation. Rebooking of your reservation will be at the prevailing rate. We will not honor the original rate if your payment is past due.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (Optional, but recommended)
Travel insurance provides you with financial protection if your trip is cancelled, interrupted or delayed due to certain qualifying events. Travel insurance costs extra, but can provide peace of mind. Anchors Away can provide you with an insurance quote or additional travel insurance information upon request. Many different kinds of travel insurance policies are available from different insurance companies (none affiliated with Anchors Away). Anchors Away recommends that the vacation participant(s) consider the Trip Purchase Protection insurance offered by Travelex Insurance®, a leading company in the field.
